I have a lifetime of experience with individuals with special needs. My cousin and me have a birthday that is one year and 2 weeks apart. We grew up in diapers together and he has autism. My normal growing up from before I could talk was my cousin with severe autism as my best friend. He opened mine and my family's eyes to special needs. When I was younger at worked at the little gym teaching the special needs classes, than working in group homes and now I work at Bancroft in the school as a one to one with children with special needs. I'm also a certified EMT and going to school for nursing. I have a passion for this and always have.
