About Lauren

Hi, I'm Lauren! I am a Spanish & ESOL teacher on summer holidays looking for a temporary full-time+ position. While I will not be able to stay full-time once the school year starts, I will still be available for drop-offs and pick-ups before and after school. I teach 6th grade, but I also have years of experience with infants & toddlers (nannying, babysitting, daycare) and am comfortable with any age group. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish with a minor in Child Development, and I am able to speak Spanish or basic French to your child(ren) if you'd like. I am comfortable taking children out and about to the park, movies, etc. For infants who are not yet mobile I am happy to keep them in my own home. For older children who are already exploring their environment, I prefer to come to your home. I love animals, so no worries if you have pets. I also offer pet-sitting and housekeeping services for an extra fee. I look forward to hearing from you!
