I have experience tutoring all grades from pre-K through 12, and with a variety of special needs. Subjects I have tutored include algebra, geometry, reading, writing, biology, history, English as a second language, and art. I am a positive, patient, and observant instructor with a knack for tailoring my methods to each student I work with. My goal with every student is to not just teach them subject matter, but to teach them academic and life skills that will help them become curious and independent learners.

Lauren has been my daughter's babysitter since we moved to WA and she was only a few weeks old. She will be 2 years old in a few weeks! Lauren is reliable, friendly and great with my daughter. I would recommend her highly. I'm gonna to be sad when we move away and I have to look for another sitter. Lauren is the best!
