About Lauren

I have over 12 years of experience working with elderly individuals, including stroke survivors and those with various disabilities, specializing in dementia and Alzheimer's care. I began my career as an Activities Assistant, where I focused on engaging seniors in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life. I then transitioned to home care, supporting families by helping their loved ones remain in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. My responsibilities have included providing activities, basic care, meal preparation, running errands, and offering personalized assistance tailored to each client's needs. I started caring for seniors when my own great grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Seeing her every day and getting to know the other residents grew my love for the geriatric community.
