Hi! I'm a certified Special Education teacher with 10+ years of experience working in a variety of environments with students of nearly every age and need-level. I'm a problem-solver with a focus on skills. I really value data and research-backed strategies when supporting kids academically. While my formal training is in Special Education, I work in co-teaching roles - meaning I'm interacting with grade-level content and curriculum all day. My education comes in through my approach to students: I know how to evaluate where they are and how they learn best so that any work I do is targeted and aligned with their needs - whatever they may be!
