Lauren is a gem in the nanny community. I would totally have her work with my little one again. She and her daughter were such great company for my daughter and helped her get past her separation anxiety, with dare I say ease. She provided age appropriate activities and learning opportunities, and got outside with my daughter every day. She was also great in working with my daughters food restrictions. If you are needing someone, definitely consider her.
