Working with Lauren was one of the best things to ever happen to my family. From the first moment I met her I trusted her implicitly. She exudes an air of warmth, competence, and genuine excitement that is exactly what you want in a caregiver. Two minutes into meeting our 3-month-old she had her smiling and cooing, and their bond only deepened. For our baby, every day with Lauren was full of enriching play, fun new adventures, and lots of reading time and snuggles. As our baby grew Lauren introduced her to new age-appropriate play activities, helped her acclimate to interacting with other kids (hard for a pandemic baby), and taught her SO much. She is so knowledge about all steps of infant development and was an amazing resource as a first-time parent during a pandemic. I genuinely don't know how we would have gotten through the last few years without her.
