With over two decades of experience in elder care, I bring a deep passion and commitment to improving the lives of seniors. For 16 years, I served as an Alzheimer's Activity Director, developing and leading engaging, therapeutic programs tailored to individuals with memory impairment. As of today, I work as an Intake Specialist at a skilled nursing facility, a role I have held for nearly 8 years. I hold a Certificate in Gerontology and am pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration to further advance my leadership in the long-term care field. Known for my professionalism, empathy, and dedication, I strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the elderly and their families every day.
