Lauren is absolutely everything you are looking for in hiring an at home daycare provider. We hired her to watch my daughter (who was initially A few months old) and she has grown to be a very important part of our family. She is warm, kind, and cares for my kids as if they are her own. I STRONGLY recommend her and would use her again and again!
