Lauren was exactly what our family needed when I returned to work when my baby was 12 weeks old. Always dependable and on time. Willing to adjust her schedule when my work schedule and meetings changed last minute. Very mature for her age and picks up on baby likes and dislikes quickly. Lauren also engaged with our four year old when he was home from preschool and played his games as well! We are missing her everyday!
