About Lauren

I have been a full-time nanny for 6 years while also babysitting and part-time nannying for other families for the past 20 years. I have immense experience in newborn to the age of 12. My most recent family had three girls, ages 9, 7, and 4. My duties included all meals and snacks, nap time, bedtime, bath time, playtime, house cleaning (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, etc.), homework, violin practice, daytime outings (zoo, pool, library, amusement park, museums, etc.) Driving to and from activities, camps and appointments. I am punctual, organized and prefer to engage in hands-on activities with my kids as opposed to sitting in front of the TV. I am bilingual in Spanish and incredibly reliable. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Illinois State University. I lived in Southwest Florida for the last 12 years and taught Elementary Education while there. I just recently moved back home to Illinois.
