About Lauren

I've been caring for children since I was 9 years old, and I'm passionate about helping them grow and develop. My experience includes babysitting, caring for my younger siblings and nieces, and working as a caregiver for children in the foster care system. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I have a natural ability to connect with children. I believe that every child is unique and deserves to be treated with respect and compassion. I also care for my elderly grandmother and her friend, who both require assistance with daily tasks. I keep parents updated on their child's day through regular text messages or phone calls, and I'm always happy to discuss any issues that may arise. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, and I'm comfortable playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I have completed some college coursework, and I'm certified in CPR and First Aid.
