I graduated UB with my bachelor's in English in May of 2024, and am continuing with graduate work to receive my master's in secondary education in May of 2025. I am comfortable & confident with working with children of all ages. I have provided babysitting services for various families over the past 5 years ranging in ages from 2 months to 16 years. I have been a lifeguard at a campground, as well as a counselor at a summer camp (ages 5-15), and have interacted with children of all ages during both jobs. I am CRP, AED, and First Aid certified, and have been CPR Pro, RTE, and Lifeguard trained. Because of my student teaching obligations during the 2024 to 2025 Academic year, from September- May I am able to take on one-time, weekend, or evening jobs, but please feel free to message me if that is what you are looking for, I do my best to respond as quickly as possible. Lauren was the missing piece to my families puzzle this summer! When I returned to work, Lauren cared for my 2 month old baby before he was ready to start daycare. She is responsive, punctual and understanding. Not only was she patient and flexible with my scheduling (mom brain made it confusing sometimes) but she was alert and aware of my son’s needs. When I would come home with my 19 month old toddler, she also played with him and showed love while I was getting settled. Highly recommend!!!
