I have been working with children with special needs for two years. I began by volunteering to work with children with special needs and was lucky enough to get an internship this past year. I have worked closely with an occupational therapist at my internship at a school for children with special needs including but not limited to autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, CDLS, and vision and hearing impairments. I have some experience with G tubes and am comfortable with changing/bathing, feeding, and assisting with every day needs. I am studying to be an occupational therapist and am extremely passionate about working in this field! I can't wait to get to know you!
