With 25+ years of experience, I have a wide-ranging skillset when it comes to supporting children with anxiety, giftedness, ADHD, and/or autism and where the magic of home organization makes a life-changing difference to mental health and family harmony. Currently, I'm available 1-2 days a week, scheduled over-night care & last-minute help. My college degree is in Communications/Theatre. I'm originally from the east coast and live in the West Seattle area. I can also help out with your furry family members; I have two of my own. Margie is a Yorkie Terrier and I have a Holland Lops named Charlie.

Lauren has been filling in when our nanny is not available to provide care to our 4 year old and 9 month old. She is an exceptionally kind, skilled, hard-working, and responsible caregiver. Our kids absolutely adore her and were immediately comfortable in a way we've never observed with any other babysitter. She has bonded with our children deeply in a short amount of time; it's clear that she genuinely cares about them. Furthermore, when our baby developed a health issue unexpectedly, Lauren was up to the challenge of learning how to take care of her medical needs. And not only does she manage to take care of two demanding young kids with warmth and creativity, but she also finds time to organize the house and cook a dish or two using whatever she finds in our pantry/fridge (she's a wonderful chef!). We feel incredibly fortunate to have Lauren as part of our childcare team. Strongly recommend.
