About Lauren

I've always had a passion for working with children, and find myself always going back to youth work, from Youth Camp Instructor to babysitter. As a caregiver, I'm positive and energetic, and I love keeping the children I care for engaged and entertained. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. My communication style involves verbal communication at pickup, and I follow the parents' preferred communication method. When it comes to play, I let the kids take the lead but am always there to suggest options like crafts, outdoor games, or puzzles. With three years of experience as a caregiver, I am comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging in age from one to 15. I am a current UCLA undergrad student, am CPR-trained, and have a car and clean driving record.
