Hello I'm Lauren! Your friendly neighborhood health conscious, empathetic, mindful caregiver. I have over 10 years of in home & daycare experience with little ones ranging from newborns to preteens. My particular strength is with infants & toddlers as I've mastered their rhythms over the years. I really enjoy getting creative with older kiddos as well though! I am currently traveling, guiding meditation as my primary "job" after leaving my role as a retreat planner. Going back to my roots of caregiving as I enjoy tending to homes & people. Open to pet & senior care as well. I love to cook nourishing food! My specialty is making fan favorite dishes healthier with subtle replacements. Very allergen friendly chef. I will happily tend to your home & loved ones with groundedness and compassion. Will sprinkle little bits of conscious vibes around the house while I'm at it. I'm Open to the right fit for long term or summer arrangement.
