I live in the UTC/ La Jolla area and am looking to help nearby families out! I am a third year college student studying to become a kindergarten teacher! I have almost 5 years of childcare experience and have worked with all ages. About 5 years ago when I was 15 | started off babysitting for local families, and when I was 18 I had a steady nannying job with a toddler and a baby. Since then I have been working at an after school program with children in grades UTK-5th. During the summers I work as a summer camp counselor and I love it! My availability is flexible and I am able to provide references upon request! One thing you should know about me is I am very patient and understanding. I work very well under pressure and can handle situations with calmness and composure.

Lauren did a fantastic job watching our 3 and 6-year old children for a date night. She invested time to get introduced to them in advance over FaceTime, showed up early, played with them, got them to bed, and kept the house clean. The kids woke up the next morning sad that she had left. Definitely recommended!
