About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as honest, caring and responsible. I like working with kids because they are the future. They rely on others to learn about to world around them. Not one child is the same and to learn and to get to know how a child thinks is extraordinary. I'm looking for a job that will give me flexibility as a parent. I also want to care for child and have more one on one time with to give them the attention they need and deserve from a caregiver. I started working with kids in a childcare setting in 2015 and have since. I also would babysit a little in high school and help out with my younger siblings growing up. In my spare time, I like to relax by watching tv. I also like to make crafts. I also enjoy having family time. One thing you should know about me is I take my responsibilities as a caregiver seriously. I take great pride in my work. My skills include being calm during emergencies, understanding differences of each child, and communication.
