Hi there I have worked with ages 3 months to 10 years of age. I have worked as a afternoon leader helping with homework, doing activities, watching and playing outside. I also have been a preschool teacher at a Montessori school. We did daily skill activities such as pouring, scooping, writing their names, etc. I also tutor, teach swim lessons, and do the occasional date nights as well. I have my own car to get to you. Lauren was caring and good with my children when she was present. Unfortunately, during our short time working together, we experienced repeated attendance and scheduling changes that made it difficult for me to rely on the childcare coverage I had hired her to provide. We also had difficulty consistently completing some of the additional household responsibilities included in the role. Ultimately, reliability is extremely important for our family, and the arrangement was not a good fit for us.
