Lauren scheduled call twice and cancelled. First time she was supposed to call around 1 and almost after and tries to reach out apologizing that she had another interview. I gave her the benefit of doubt and thought it was a genuine miss. Then she re-scheduled a call and said she would call me, I waited for 7-8 mins and asked her if she is going to call me, and her response was that she forgot to cancel the call since she got a job. She basically wasted two of my time slots which I could have used for another call. If someone does not respect other's time, I am worried how professional she would be at work.
