About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, timely, and funny. I like working with kids because it is a good practice with the degree in counseling that I strive to achieve. I also want to help them them with their needs, encourage them, and serve them to the best of my ability to help better their future. Children are wonderful to be around even when they may have mischief, because part of helping encourage them is being able to divert their attention to another subject and reaching a place of neutrality. I'm looking for a long term job that lets me interact with children, better prepare me for the future, and be a part of one's family. I started working with kids when I was in my mid teens about 4 years ago. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends and family. One thing you should know about me is that I love children, animals and being there for someone who needs me. My skills include patience, problem-solving, and wits.
