About Lauren

Hi! I'm Lauren, a dedicated career nanny with years of experience caring for children of all ages. I'm currently preparing to relocate to beautiful Flagstaff from the Valley, and will be available to start full-time in June 2025. For the past few years, I've been a live-in nanny for four wonderful children. While it's bittersweet to leave, I'm excited to bring my experience, warmth, and strong work ethic to a new family. In addition to my childcare background, I have experience in healthcare, having worked as a surgical assistant in Detroit. I'm confident and calm in high-pressure situations, and I'm very comfortable handling minor injuries, illnesses, and those unexpected emergencies that sometimes come with kids. I'm passionate about creating safe, structured, and joyful environments where children can thrive-and I'm looking forward to joining a new family in Flagstaff!
