About Lauren

My name is Lauren. I have loved animals my whole life, and I decided after the military to make what I loved my job. I feel like you should love what you do, even if if it gets hard physically and financially. Animals of every size, color, species etc are intriguing to me. I am a Navy Veteran of five years which gave me my very hard work ethic. After the Navy I worked at Pawspa Resort a dog, cat, rodent, and even some reptile pet hotel, daycare, and grooming provider for almost two years. After that I worked in an animal hospital kennel taking some classes, before moving to Pittsburgh, PA to go to Vet Technician school. I have worked at a animal shelter, which I loved! I am working as a veterinary technician when I am not pet sitting. I have two dogs and two cats of my own, they are my life! I used to own a bearded dragon also but I had to re-home him before I moved. I am open to have animals (only one dog at a time) in my home and able to go to peoples homes to babysit!
