About Lauren

Hello! I am a creative, passionate, and caring provider with 15 years of experience in childcare and teaching. I have cared for children of all ages and am comfortable working in a family home and also taking children to various activities. Long term experience includes: I worked as a nanny for one family for 5 summers from 2010 to 2015. I cared for two boys, ages 1 and 6. By the last year, they were 6 and 11 years old. I also worked as a substitute teacher and assistant teacher of pre-schoolers, elementary school students, middle school students, and high school students. I am comfortable with tutoring, teaching, and assisting however the guardians feel it is necessary. I am also passionate about animals and I care deeply for the wellbeing of all pets. I have my own dog who is my pride and joy and I am very comfortable caring for and working with animals.
