About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as sweet, loyal, trustworthy and sometimes a little chatty. I like working with kids because I love watching and learning their points of views on things. I am one of four so at a young age I became familiar with infant/childcare helping my mom. I have worked with kids since I was 12 years old. I'm looking for a job that will be enjoyable for both me and of course the most important part, the kids! I do have another job so I wouldn't be looking for a full time nanny position but am looking more to caring for a date night, meeting, etc. In my spare time, I like to do crafts, play/walk with my dog, shop, go to the beach and recently just started a garden as well! My skills include being fully focused on kids when I am on the job. I am a dedicated worker and by having so much experience with kids I know how important it is to give them your full attention and understand what is good and bad to say/do/act when watching and/or around children.
