Good at first, kids liked her a lot. Very pleasant. Within a couple months, became inconsistent, sleeping through her alarm, claiming to be sick, on and off, leaving children unattended home alone while I was working 3rd shift. Tried calling, answered my phone calls with texts, with little explanation after this occurred multiple times.
