My daily responsibilities included getting each child to their individual zoom meetings, communicating with teachers, tutoring students, checking work before submitting, providing snack, as well as fun extracurricular activities. Lauren is our favorite caregiver/educator of all time! We have worked with her for many years during different development stages of our daughter, who is now 9 years old. Lauren's Montessori methods are the reason my daughter began reading before starting kindergarten. More recently, we hired her for a full year during the pandemic where she assisted with school-assigned classwork, combined with Lauren's own creative and educational projects. She's highly dependable, trustworthy, and always adds an element of education and art to the fun. She also takes safety during the pandemic very seriously, which we have been very grateful for. Highly recommended!
