About Lauren

I started working with kids when I was in middle school starting with younger family members. I continued throughout high school. After high school I worked a day camp for two summers and two winter breaks, working with ages 5-10. I am also an aunt to a 2-year-old girl and three boys, of ages 5, 11, and 12, who fill me with so much joy. I was also a nanny this summer for a 3-year-old and 9-month-old. I am comfortable with changing diapers, preparing meals, cleaning around the house, doing laundry, or any other tasks to to help around the house and help the children. Throughout my extensive history with working with kids, I have grown my patience, I love to be fun and energetic with the kids, I love to engage with them creating a fun environment, and I have compassion for children. I am also licensed as a home health aide, first aid certified, and CPR certified. Additionally, I have my own transportation and I am comfortable with pets.
