About Lauren

I am a very patient, kind, and reliable person! I'm majoring in psychology with a focus on child development. I love to work with kids because it brings me so much joy to see their curiosity, creativity, and growth. I love the way children see the world and I want to do whatever I can to help foster their imagination. I have been working with kids my whole life, starting when I was just 14 years old. I used to dance and would volunteer to help teach the younger classes (ages 3-8). Then, in the summers from when I was 15 - 18 years old I volunteered at my former elementary school's summer school program. I also began a job as a daycare assistant in the 6-18 month age group when I started college. One thing you should know about me is that I will always prioritize open communication, collaboration, and trust. I understand trusting someone else with your children is a big responsibility and I take that very seriously. My skills include patience, safety-awareness, and adaptability.
