About Lauren

Hello parents! Here is a small introduction to who I am. My name is Lauren (20 years old) I am a student at SHU (junior) studying to be an English teacher, looking for jobs in the area for the school year! I am originally from NY as well. I have a good amount of years of experience with children, including teaching in daycare's, babysitting, an internship in a 1st-grade class, volunteer events, coaching a 4-8-year-old cheer team, and coaching a special needs cheer team. I truly have a passion for working with kids, hence studying to be a teacher. When babysitting I try my best to keep kids busy, when I work I enjoy doing crafts, different activities like baking, etc., and going to parks! I also have a 3-year-old nephew at home, so he keeps me busy and has trained me when it comes to children. I am willing to work with your preferred hours and am flexible with them.
