Lauren was a full-time summer nanny for our daughters, who were 4 and 7 at the time. As a former swim coach and lifeguard, we knew they were in great hands at the pool. She is creative and found ways to make every day FUN, but was also assertive when needed. Lauren is unusually mature, responsible, and resourceful for someone her age. She is 100% dependable and also a terrific communicator with both kids and adults. 10/10 recommend her!!!
