I have some college education and was a full time home educator to 2 students for 6 years. I love to play and believe it's the best way to learn & get things done. I have professional experience with home organizing & cleaning and am comfortable with pets & driving kids. I have taken classes on car seat safety & installation. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them updated on their child's day, as well as any issues that arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and follow the parents' lead on how to best manage their children's behavior. Lauren has been an absolutely vital lifeline through our new parenthood journey over the past 3-4 months! She’s helped our little family as we’ve struggled to juggle everything that comes with a first baby and more. Lauren has been so amazing with our baby; she has taken such great care of him and has played with him so enthusiastically and kindly. Our baby absolutely loves Lauren and lights up with a huge smile when he sees her. My wife is a stay at home parent who is also disabled and neurodivergent, and Lauren has been extremely helpful with her needs in a kind, respectful, and conscientious way. She works magic around the house as well, going out of her way to help out with chores and keeping things tidy. I work full time and am also neurodivergent so my wife and I aren’t able to get to all our chores, so Lauren’s help has been irreplaceable. She also went out of her way to research my wife’s disability without being asked so she could better understand. In addition, she’s great with our beloved cat, and has looked after him while we’ve been away. We have to move due to life circumstances, so we have been really sad to part ways. She has become a true friend to both of us and we consider her family. We could not recommend her more, and we’d consider anyone who gets to work with her very lucky! Lauren is the best! :)
