About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren and I currently live in Bloomington with my son (9 months old) and husband. A little background on me: I started working with kids in high school as a special education assistant. I then went to school and obtained my Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree. I worked at a pediatric clinic for about a year before I had a baby of my own. I have worked with all ages, birth to 21. I worked heavily with kiddos who had autism, Down syndrome, and various other developmental delays at my clinic. My husband is in a traveling construction position that requires us to move about once a year. When our son was born, I decided to stay home full-time with him. Now that he is a a little older and more independent, I have the perfect opportunity to provide additional childcare! My ideal child care would be having the kiddos at my house. I live in a beautiful home right next to Gaelic Park. I am open to picking up/dropping off at school and other activities. I am flexible on hours!
