About Lauren

I'm Lauren, I have been working in child care for 4 years. From babysitting/tutoring jobs to becoming an after school program manager at 2 different elementary schools. My experience has equipped me with the skills to create a safe and nurturing environment for children. I believe in fostering open communication with parents & ensuring that they're well-informed about their child's day. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and promoting positive behavior. My approach to childcare involves a wide variety, including outdoor activities, educational games, homework assistance, board games, & arts and crafts. I am comfortable preparing light meals & light housekeeping if/when necessary. I can comfortably care for up to three children, ranging in age from 2 to 13.
