About Lauren

My journey into caregiving has been deeply influenced by my passion to raise my own son to be a self aware, loving, kind, compassionate and an "outside of the box" thinker : ) I also teach yoga, sound therapy, meditation, and breathwork. As an experienced Wellness Practitioner, I have dedicated many years to mastering these practices and have found immense personal transformation through them. Applying them with my son as he has ADHD and ODD, so my ability to remain calm has been pushed to the farthest of limits some days lol My experience working within the Unit 4 School District has further solidified my commitment to this path. Coaching students in yoga and meditation has been incredibly rewarding. I have witnessed students transform from being anxious and restless to calm and focused individuals.
