Hello! My name is Lauren and I'm a college student with a passion for children! I am currently studying Special Education at Texas Woman's University. I will become a teacher for children with special needs in the following year. My freshman year of college, I went to Baylor University majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders in Speech-Language Pathology. My younger brother was diagnosed with autism at 2 years old and since then, I've been immersing myself within the special needs world! I love all kids no matter their background or differences. I am a special education paraprofessional for Frisco ISD and have babysat in throughout the years for various families including children of all backgrounds and developmental disabilities. I'm also a mother of a 3-year-old!
