I talked to Lauren for a phone interview and we set up an in person interview. She shared her last name and I shared a photo of my children. Next thing she completely ghosted me and never showed up, never responded to my text/call to confirm, I can understand if something comes up or if you are not interested, but I'm a working mother legitimately looking for responsible care for my children. The least someone could do is have the maturity to decline a follow up interview.
