I have an extensive academic background, which has allows me to be a very dynamic tutor. I have vast experience tutoring many different age groups. Often, the school setting cannot accommodate every learning style, and that is usually why students struggle. One of the first things I do when meeting a client is to find out how they learn best, that way I can truly help to the best of my ability. Academic success requires more than just information comprehension, and often that is the only issue targeted when someone is struggling. I look at the individual as a whole, which allows me to analyze where their deficits may be and create a plan for how to best assist them in achieving their goals. Organization, planning, and time-management are all skills integral for academic success. My approach not only allows the individual to excel in the subject(s) they once found difficult, but leads to academic success in a much broader sense.
