About Lauren

I recently just graduated from UL with a degree in Kinesiology, but for the time being I am interested in finding a job that I enjoy and taking some time to do some soul searching in order to figure out my next step in life regarding a career and the possibility of grad school. I grew up being that girl who babysat all the children in the neighborhood. I also spent two summers throughout college babysitting a 9-year-old boy and 4-year-old girl. During these summer days I would prepare all meals for the children. Monitor their playtime either indoors or outside (including swimming). I not only monitored their playtime, but I enjoyed playing with them. We would do different indoor activities on rainy days such as coloring, painting, reading, movies. On sunny days I would play different outdoor activities with them such as riding bikes and playing with chalk. I took the kids on outings to the zoo, children's museum, the movies, grocery shopping. play outside with them, etc. I took care of daily household chores such as laundry, dishes, cleaning, etc.
