About Lauren

Hi there, my name is Lauren and I recently graduated from CMU here in Grand Junction. I have a degree in Biology and my current goals are to dive into seasonal conservation work in the SW states. That being said, seasonal work runs variable from March-October, so during my off season I have time to find gig work such has house/pet sitting. I have been house/pet sitting here in the Valley since early 2022. I have plenty of references and experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, horses, chickens, and birds. I have worked with senior dogs who need special care. I have comfortability administering meds. And if your pet does well on a lead, I will be happy to walk them! I grew up with dogs and various other pets (hamsters, fish, geckos, chinchillas, rats, bearded dragons, turtles, snakes). I have volunteered at animal shelters in my hometown of Orland Park, IL and have fostering experience as well. I have two orange cats of my own now. I look forward to working with you and your pets!
