Hello families! My name is Lauren. I am a CNA and work at a nursing home. One thing I love about being a care taker is spending quality time with my residents, taking time with my care and being kind and gentle. Nursing homes are not one on one care facilities. I balance my day between 6-10 residents at a time and it can be difficult to spend the amount of personal time with each one of my residents as I would like to. I think venturing out into the world of in home care giving would be perfect for me because I think of myself as a very personable individual and enjoy spending the quality time I know my residents deserve.
