About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as patient, empathetic, and cheerful. I'm looking for a job that is flexible in hours due to being a full time masters student. I started working with kids when I was in high school. In college, I majored in Child Development, and frequently babysat as well as volunteered in residential care facilities. I also have experience working as a registered behavioral technician. I have experience working with kiddos ages 1-16. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, two labs, and friends. Any opportunity I have to spend time outside, I would be found hiking or walking. I also am very into health and wellness so I love to workout and one of my favorite hobbies is clean cooking and baking! My skills include developmentally appropriate play, building rapport, and healthy balance of engaging in fun and providing structure.
