About Lauren

As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. With two years of experience, I am comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from infants to 11 years old. My educational background includes coursework in elementary education and early child education, as well as First Aid and CPR training. I am confident in enforcing household rules and fostering a safe and nurturing environment for your children. I believe in learning through play with you get children based of my expert cancel at the UW Early Care and Education Center where we focus on independence, autonomy, social emotional and physical development, and fun. I believe in open communication with parents and will provide verbal updates at pickup or use the preferred communication method. I am excited to make a positive impact on your children's lives and look forward to the opportunity to care for them.
