About Lauren

My name is Lauren D. and I am seeking a family to nanny for an extended period of time. I love kids and am very patient, gentle and nurturing. I would enjoy feeling propose with the family and being on a first name basis. I started working with kids 6 years ago as a camp councilor which has since evolved into babysitting and nannying in my evenings and summers and weekends as a college student. I guide yoga to all ages, identities, ability levels and sizes in my free time. I am passionate about breath work, walking meditation and mindfulness. I believe in wellness from the inside out starting with food. I love to cook and bake for my self, friends and students. I am mature yet in touch with my inner child. I'm also obsessed with art and plants. My skills include time management, adaptability, creative play and so much more. I am also CPR certified for infants and adults. I am knowledgeable in exercise science, nutrition and yoga.
