S. in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University and am currently pursuing a Masters in Administration and Supervision. At my previous school I was a team leader and Positive Behavior Support and Intervention (PBIS) coach, leading my school in positive behavior approaches and managing a school-wide behavior system transition. Before becoming an elementary teacher I worked as a preschool teacher, nanny, and caregiver at an orphanage in South Africa.
