Lauren was friendly, enthusiastic and great with my son. However, after accepting the job she began taking other jobs that took my days. Trying to be accommodating I agreed to allow her to do this short term so the other family wouldn't be put out even though it placed me in a bind. Lauren then highly recommended a friend to help with the days that she was doubled booked. I agreed to this. Lauren then left me a voice mail that she was going to give up all her days with me and allow her friend to have the job completely. Her friend not only didn't show up for the first day, but sent me a text minutes before she was scheduled to arrive telling me not only was she not coming, but that she did not want the job at all. I called and sent a text to Lauren begging for help as I had no one to care for my son, and Lauren ignored. Just not dependable, which is sad because my son really liked her.
