Hello! My name is Lauren and I am 18 years old. I'm passionate about nurturing young minds and supporting families by providing reliable childcare. With three years of experience caring for children of various ages, I have become CPR and first aid certified for all ages. My patient, friendly, and responsible nature allows me to connect with children effortlessly and build strong relationships with them. I believe in open communication and keeping parents informed about their child's day, whether through regular updates via text or phone calls or by following their preferred communication method. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and comfortable environment.
