Hi! I'm Lauren and I have a BS from Colorado State University in Human Development & Family Studies with a Minor in Gerontology. I've volunteered with older adults since high school, where I would help organize/lead activities in various senior living facilities. In college my love for older adults grew, so I started to study, and decided to make my career in this field. I interned at an Independent Living facility for 6 months, where I helped with activities, decor, parties, etc. After graduating in December'2023, I was hired as an Admissions/Social Services coordinator at an Assisted Living/Memory Care facility where I worked until I moved up here in June. My passion is older adults, and I would love to find those special connections up here in Summit. I am looking to provide light in-home care, transportation help, grocery runs, errands, companion care, with an emphasis on providing enrichment and activities that are unique per individual.
