Our plan was to have Lauren nanny until getting into daycare. We ended up getting into daycare quicker than expected. However Lauren has been incredibly punctual, communicates quickly and is very friendly with our baby. I spoke with her prior references that she was with for 3 years and they could not say enough good things. They stated that she was incredibly reliable and great with their 4 children. She has been great with babysitting nights and we plan to utilize her services as much as we can in the future. We have a great deal of confidence in her. She presents herself professionally, confidently and shows that she has great care for our child. Her calming nature puts us at ease when we leave our baby in her care. I highly recommend Lauren. Our baby lights up when she sees Lauren's smile. She continues to exceed our expectations.
