About Lauren

Hello! My name is Lauren and I am a 36-year-old mother of two. I have always enjoyed caring for children since obtaining my first job as a teenager at a Baptist Preschool. After graduating with my 4-year business degree from USF in Tampa, FL I moved to New York and worked as an assistant teacher at my Mother-in-laws state funded childcare facility. I then started a family of my own while I worked as a self-employed housekeeper, property manager and babysitter for wealthy families at a private country club. I am dedicated to providing a safe, fun and nurturing environment to any children in my care. Being a mother has prepared me for any and all situations that arise when caring for children in and out of the home. I have a passion for learning and thoroughly enjoy teaching children and seeing them learn as well. I enjoy reading, puzzles and being outdoors and going on adventures. I am also available to help with cooking and cleaning as well as running errands.
